Returns & Refund Policy – Wolfpack Collectibles

At Wolfpack Collectibles, we take pride in offering authentic, artisan-signed, and hand-crafted pieces. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy below.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for most items within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be in unused, original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, certificates of authenticity (if applicable), and all accompanying materials must be included.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of our products, the following are non-returnable:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Custom orders or personalized items
  • Used, damaged, or altered items not due to transit issues

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@shopwolfpackcollectibles.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
  3. Once approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged in transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery:


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory of one-of-a-kind items. If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order and processing a return (if applicable).
