Shipping Policy – Wolfpack Collectibles

At Wolfpack Collectibles, we strive to deliver your carefully chosen items safely and efficiently. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how we process, ship, and manage deliveries.


Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Note: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.
  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States, and offer select international shipping (where available).
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
    • International: 7–21 business days (customs delays possible)

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or uncontrollable events (e.g., weather, strikes, or service disruptions).


Shipping Carriers

We ship through trusted carriers including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL (for international orders)

Carrier is selected based on shipping destination, order weight, and timing.


International Shipping

  • All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item or shipping costs.
  • We are unable to mark shipments as “gifts” or undervalue items for customs purposes.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor delivery progress on the carrier’s website. If you have trouble locating your tracking information, contact us at support@shopwolfpackcollectibles.com.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We take great care in packing each item securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 5 days of delivery:

  • For damaged items, send photos of the product and packaging.
  • For lost packages, contact the carrier first with your tracking number. If unresolved, reach out to us.

We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier that are stolen or missing. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Certain fragile or oversized items may have delivery restrictions based on location.
